A 23-year-old man was arrested and charged related to three break-ins in Windsor.
Through an investigation, Windsor police officers say they were able to identify the man by comparing him with surveillance video and other forensic evidence.
Police found and arrested the suspect on Wednesday at approximately 2 p.m.
He was allegedly in possession of break and enter tools and a small quantity of drugs.
The investigation continues and more charges are expected.
Richard Strangway, 23, is charged with three counts of break and enter, possession of break and enter tools, possession of marijuana.
