A newly released report found residents of Windsor feel positive about the direction the city is moving in.
That's according to the fourth annual Vital Signs Report conducted by the Windsor-Essex Community Foundation.
Officials found improvements in public perception of housing, arts and culture and a sense of belonging and leadership.
The report also found there is room for improvements in employment opportunities and regional transportation.
About 1,000 people filled out the survey, which is an educational resource for the Windsor-Essex region and provides a comparison of national, provincial and local data on important issues.
