Windsor’s unemployment has remained steady at 6.4 per cent for June.
Windsor’s rate fell to 6.4 per cent in April and has remained at that level through June.
Nationally the unemployment rate fell to 6.8 per cent in June from 6.9 per cent the previous month, according to Statistics Canada.
The decline occurred despite the loss of about 700 jobs countrywide last year -- a number that's considered statistically insignificant.
