Windsor Fire and Rescue Services investigators have deemed a vacant house fire to be arson.
The blaze took place at 1611 Hall Ave. at 7:13 p.m. Tuesday night.
Windsor fire officials say damage is pegged at $80,000.

There have been a number of fires in the area in the past month. Police say all of the fires are being treated as suspicious in nature and are investigated as potential arsons. The arson unit is trying to establish links between the fires.
Several of the fires involved the lighting of discarded mattresses, furniture and garbage in alleyways. Police are reminding people to be aware of these types of items in and around their property, especially anything that is close to any structure.
