A tragic end to the weekend on our roads.
Two people are dead following a crash between a motorcycle and a van on the Tecumseh and Lakeshore border.
Another person is facing serious charges.
It happened around 4:30 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Essex County Roads 19 and 46.
Ontario Provincial Police say a Yamaha motorcycle and a Chevrolet van collided in the intersection.
Both the driver and the passenger on the motorcycle were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Chevrolet was arrested on scene and criminal charges are pending.
