A 33-year-old Windsor man has been charged after police recovered a stolen U-Haul and motorcycle.
On Monday, the target base unit was involved in an investigation of a male in possession of a stolen U-Haul truck containing a stolen motorcycle.
At about 4:30 p.m., officers located the stolen U-Haul near Prince Street and Queen Street, after leaving a nearby residence.
Police stopped the vehicle and the male suspect was placed under arrest.
After searching the man, officers seized 0.4 grams of Methamphetamine.
Police say a stolen motorcycle and a stolen licence plate were also located inside the truck. Through the investigation officers located another vehicle associated to the suspect and property believed to be stolen. The investigation is ongoing.
Michael Palanacki, 33, from Windsor is charged with possession of methamphetamine and three counts of possession of stolen property.
