An investigation is underway after two suspects stole a number of long guns from a Canadian Tire store early Thursday.
Windsor police were called to the store in the 2600 block of Tecumseh Road West around 5 a.m. for a break and enter.
Investigators say around 4:20 a.m. two suspects broke in through a door in the auto garage area and ran directly to the firearms display.
Const. Andrew Drouillard says, "They broke into the cabinet and stole several firearms and after they had the weapons, it's believed they left through the same area that they came in."
A full inventory still needs to be done to figure out exactly how many weapons were taken.
The suspects are described as white males, one wearing a dark-coloured hoodie, and the other a light-coloured hoodie.
