Windsor Police say a male suspect in a hit and run with a pedestrian was arrested after turning himself in Wednesday morning.
Police say a 72-year-old was in critical condition after being struck near Tecumseh Road East and Kildare Road Monday morning.
On Tuesday, police released a photo of the truck involved in the incident.
The accident reconstruction closed the intersection for several hours.
