NHL legends are coming to Essex County on Sunday to face off against local emergency responders and law enforcement.

It all takes place at the Essex Center Sports Complex at 2 p.m. Essex OPP said the audience can look forward to a fast-paced and entertaining game, showing off the skills of hockey players you know and love, but also showing the skills of local community members.

The event will support the Special Olympics, giving sports training and competition to those with intellectual disabilities.

Doors open at 1 p.m. Tickets can be bought ahead of time at any of the Essex County OPP detachments for $10 or at the door or online for $20.
