An Erieau man has died after a collision in Harwich Township last month.
Emergency crews were called to the crash at the intersection of Erieau Road and Bisnett Line on Oct. 27 around 2:38 p.m.
Chatham-Kent police say a southbound Chevrolet Impala turned left onto Bisnett Line and in doing so, turned directly into the path of a northbound Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The rider of the motorcycle suffered life-threatening injuries. He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance and later airlifted to Victoria Hospital in London.
Clifford ‘Jamie’ Stokes, 49, of Erieau died as a result of his injuries.
The 59-year-old female driver of the Chevrolet was not injured.
