Windsor firefighters were called to a blaze at a three-story house near the University of Windsor.

The fire at 356 Randolph Avenue originated in a second floor bedroom.

Fire officials say estimate damage at $100,000. The cause is listed as undetermined.

Six residents all made it out of the house safely.
