Windsor police have issued a warrant for a 26-year-old man wanted in connection with a downtown stabbing.
The incident happened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the rear alley of the 500 block of Ouellette Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found a 23-year-old man bleeding from a stab wound to the left side of his neck. He was transported by ambulance to hospital for a non-life-threatening injury.
The arrest warrant has been issued for Voltaire Patterson, of Windsor, for the offences of aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.
