A 30-year-old woman has been arrested and Windsor police are looking for two men in relation to an alleged robbery at a motel on Howard Avenue.

Police were called to convenience store in the 2700 block of Howard Avenue around 12:15 a.m. Thursday. A 54-year-old man met officers at the store and told them he was the victim of a robbery at a motel in the 2800 block of Howard Avenue.

He told police he was visiting a friend’s house on Richmond Street, where two other men and a woman were present.

The victim says the men forced him into to bathroom and took cash and a debit card from his wallet. Police say he was then taken by cab to the motel on Howard Avenue.

He was shut in a washroom in a room, but once he stopped hearing the suspects’ voices, he left and went to the convenience store to call police. Officers say he suffered minor injuries.

Police arrested a 30-year-old woman at the motel. Officers say she had the victim’s cell phone. She is charged with robbery, forcible confinement and possession of stolen property.

Police are working on warrants for the arrest of two male suspects.

The first suspect is described as a white man, six-feet tall, 30 years of age, 175 lbs, with a medium build. He was wearing a white t-shirt with a design and blue jeans. He has short brown hair with a tattoo on the right side of his neck that contained writing on a slant.

The second suspect is a white man with short "buzz cut" hair and a large scar from the top of his head down the back. He is about 29 years old, 5'6" tall with a stocky to medium build. He was wearing a white t-shirt with a design on it and blue jeans.

Police are gathering additional video evidence in relation to the incident.
