Windsor police have arrested a woman in connection with live porn videos that appear to have been streamed from two Windsor Public Library branches.

Police say a 21-year-old woman turned herself in this morning in relation to an investigation involving sexual acts performed and streamed online at public library locations.

“Shortly after 7 a.m., the female attended Windsor Police Headquarters and she turned herself into police,” says Sgt. Matt D’Asti. “She was placed under arrest, charged with one count of indecent act.”

Police say she is facing a charge of one count of committing an indecent act. She was released on a promise to appear in court.

Officers say they received information regarding the identity of the woman and made attempts to locate her Thursday.

Sources identify the woman to CTV Windsor as Alexa Morra. Police have not released her name.

The videos in question were reportedly taken at the Riverside and Fountainbleu branches of the Windsor Public Library.

Library officials acknowledged earlier this week that a woman was asked to leave one of its branches for “suspicious behaviour” in January.

Dozens of videos were posted online between October and January under the username Lilsecrett. The videos were originally made as live webcam chats through My Free Cams, a site that allows people to chat with models as they undress and perform various acts.

A lawyer for the webcam site said Thursday that My Free Cams has terminated its relationship with Lilsecrett “for violating company policies that are posted on the website.”

Police say the investigation is continuing into the library videos.

“We are still investigating the matter,” says D’Asti. “It is an investigation that is still active because we know there is a potential this could have happened at other locations.”
