Windsor police say a local scouts leader has been charged with luring after an investigation.
A concerned parent called police on May 12 regarding some online chat conversation between their child and a local scouts leader.
Members of the Internet Child Exploitation Unit investigated the complaint and identified a suspect.
Police say the suspect was located in the 3400 Block of Riverside Dr E on May 22 and he was arrested.
Robert Brownlie, 19, of Windsor is charged with one count of luring a person under the age of 16 years.
