Police are looking to speak with a driver who struck a pedestrian on Jan. 13 in South Windsor.

The victim told police she was struck while crossing the road at Eugenie Street and Howard Avenue around 6 p.m.

Police say the driver stopped to check on the victim and asked if they wanted a ride.

Police the say the victim declined and continued to walk home. The victim later realized she was injured and contacted to police.

The driver is described as a 30 to 40-year-old female with bleach blonde hair. The vehicle is described as a silver Honda Civic with Ontario plates.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
