Windsor police are looking for the owner of several pieces of jewelry found on the roof of a downtown business.
Police got a call from a business about the items on Nov. 4. A service worker found several rings, a pair of earrings and a necklace on the roof of The Beer Store in the 700 block of Goyeau Street.
Police say there is no general access to the rooftop from the business, so they believe the jewelry was thrown on the roof from the street. It is not known how long it was up on the roof.
The rings have personal inscriptions inside the band. Police released photos of the rings hoping to find the rightful owner.
