Windsor police say shots fired in west Windsor do not appear to be random.

Officers are combing the area in the 800 block of Randolph Avenue, where three gun shots were heard Tuesday around 4:15 a.m.

A search by officers discovered damage to a white Chevrolet Malibu parked on the street. The car had a flat tire as a result of the shooting. Damage was also discovered to an upstairs window at a vacant residence, but is believed to be unrelated.

Police don’t believe this is a random act, and say the vehicle may have been targeted by the suspect(s).

The investigation is ongoing.
