Windsor Police expect to release more information on Tuesday regarding an incident on Bruce Avenue.
Officers were called out to an apartment complex at 475 Bruce after 7:00 Monday evening.
Paramedics and Windsor Fire were also on the scene.
Police will only say the investigation is in the preliminary stages.
