A Windsor man has been found not guilty of second degree murder in the stabbing death of 52-year-old John Jubenville.
Kristopher Hillis, 40, was also found not guilty of assault.
"I can't even tell you how this feels," Hillis told reporters outside the courthouse on Tuesday after being in jail for almost three years.
But on other side of courthouse, Jubenville's family is devastated.
On March 23, 2013, the two men got into a fight at a house party on Aubin Road in Windsor.
The 12-person jury returned its verdict Tuesday morning after starting deliberations Monday afternoon.
