A Windsor man is charged, after driving 60 km/h over the speed limit on Highway 401 in Chatham-Kent.
According to police, a Chevrolet vehicle was clocked going 163 km/h on the 401 near Drake Side Road, Wednesday around 9:30 p.m.
Joseph Costante, 30, is charged with race a motor vehicle.
Costante’s driver’s license has been suspended and the vehicle impounded for seven days,
