A 36-year-old Windsor man has been charged after allegedly touching a young person inappropriately at the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre.
Windsor police were dispatched to the aquatic centre on Thursday at approximately 6:30 p.m. for a male that was allegedly seen performing an indecent act and may have touched a young person inappropriately in a separate incident.
Employees observed the suspect male, asked him to wait for police to arrive and he complied.
Officers arrived and spoke to employees and learned that the suspect was observed by a patron allegedly performing an indecent act.
Investigation also revealed that in a separate incident, the suspect allegedly approached a 15-year-old male and engaged in contact that was deemed sexual in nature.
Officers subsequently placed the male under arrest without incident.
Hassan Al Hariri, 36, from Windsor is charged with sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, sexual assault and indecent act.
