A Windsor man is facing a charge of careless driving for a double tractor trailer accident.
A section of Highway 401 at one of the Tilbury exits was closed for hours on Monday.
OPP charged 49-year-old Rajhkumar Kulanthaivelu with the collision.
Both transports ended up on the embankment of the Queens Line overpass.
There were no injuries. Police are still investigating.
