Chatham-Kent police have arrested a Windsor man on outstanding warrants.
Police allege the suspect was involved in an attempted break and enter on Wiltshire Drive and another similar incident on Delaware Avenue in Chatham, on March 28, 2009. Police say forensic evidence was found at both scenes.
Through their investigation, police determined a youth was responsible. A warrant for his arrest was issued.
Police say on Friday night, the now 20-year-old Windsor man was arrested and charged with two counts of attempt to commit an indictable offence and two counts of mischief under $5,000.
The man was released and will appear in court at a future date.
