A Windsor police constable has been demoted after pleading guilty to two counts of discreditable conduct.

At a police act hearing on Monday, Warren Braganza was handed a six month demotion, from first constable to second constable.

In July 2013, Braganza fled the scene of a collision while off-duty – he would later return.

Braganza is also under suspension with pay, as an investigation continues into a criminal matter involving his former wife.
