Six women may be banned from Via Rail trains following a girls weekend to Toronto.

Windsor police were called to the Windsor station before 10 p.m. Sunday night.

Rail staff on the train from Toronto called ahead complaining about women who were acting disorderly after their drinks were cut off.

It's alleged some of the women -  between 23 and 52 years old - walked up and down the aisles yelling and using derogatory and homophobic slurs towards the Via staff.

Police say some of the women become confrontational with officers, who escorted them off the train to their waiting rides.

No arrests were made
