Local veterans and members of Ontario’s Public Service Alliance of Canada will be handing out postcards Friday, at Essex MP Jeff Watson’s office.
The postcards are designed, so the public can sign and send them directly to the Prime Minister’s office. Lino Vieira of PSAC says the postcards show the public’s support in not closing the local veteran’s affairs office.
Veterans are expected to be at Watson’s office, located at 186 Talbot St. in Essex, at noon.
