Valiant TMS Group sold to Chinese consortium

A long time Windsor tool and mold company has been sold to a Chinese consortium.
The sale of Valiant TMS Group is expected to close later this year.
No word on the purchase price, and the identity of the buyer is being kept confidential for now.
Valiant makes automated production systems and specialized tooling for auto, aerospace and heavy industry.
Founded in Windsor in 1959, the Solcz group later expanded to 27 facilities in 15 different countries.
