Windsor residents James Hrovat and Ali Nasser are $250,000 richer after winning the top price with Instant Turbo Cash.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says the winning ticket was purchased at a Mac's location on Jefferson Boulevard in the city.

The odds of winning with the $10 Instant Turbo Cash are one in 3.23.
