A Windsor man is facing impaired driving charges after being stopped during a truck inspection.

OPP along with the Ministry of Transportation conducted a truck inspection on Wednesday, near the old Windsor Raceway.

Officers stopped a commercial motor vehicle at around 2:15 p.m., where police say the driver exhibited signs of impairment. The driver was issued a roadside test and failed.

Shane Dumouchelle, 37, was arrested and charged with exceed 80 mg of blood alcohol content.

He will appear in a Windsor court on April 22.
