One woman is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries following a three vehicle crash in the westbound lanes of the 401 in south Windsor.
Just after 4:30 p.m. Sunday, a red Ford entered the westbound on ramp of Highway 401 at Provincial Road.
The car struck a tractor trailer, which then swerved and slammed into a Honda minivan.
The female driver of the Ford was taken to Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus.
No one else was injured in the crash.
The investigation continues.
