Three people have been arrested for allegedly being involved in the movement of stolen bikes and tools.

Windsor police were dispatched to a house in the 1500 block of Gladstone Avenue regarding a stolen moped that was allegedly on the property.

Officers saw two men in the yard behind a wooden fence. They say they also saw a dirt bike motorcycle, several e-bikes in various states of repair and the possible stolen moped.

Police say it was the stolen moped and the dirt bike was also stolen overnight. Both men were placed under arrest.

Neighbours alleged that the man and woman at the residence have been involved in the movement of stolen bikes and tools. A woman who lives at the house was also arrested a short time later after leaving.

Police obtained a search warrant and seized over a dozen e-bikes and various power tools from the property.

Four of the vehicles have been confirmed stolen through previous reports, according to police.

The investigation is ongoing and further charges are anticipated.

Jacob Brode, 29, from Windsor is charged with two counts of possession of stolen property and theft of motor vehicle.

Debra Sasseville, 27, from Windsor is charged with two counts of possession of stolen property.

Michael Rainone, 51, from Windsor is charged with two counts of possession of stolen property.
