A third suspect is going to jail after a robbery behind the Lumberjack restaurant.

Bruce Dellaire, 47, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison on Wednesday.

Court heard Dellaire and two other people plotted to rob the restaurant co-owner as she left for the night with the bank deposit in 2013.

During a struggle, the victim was knocked to the ground and kicked several times before she lost her grasp on the deposit bag.

The victim received non-life threatening injuries including scrapes and abrasions.

Two other accomplices pleaded guilty and have already served their time.

As part of the sentence, Dellaire is banned for life from owning weapons. He must also provide a DNA sample and pay back $10,000 in restitution.
