A snowfall warning has been issued for Windsor and Essex County as about 15 centimetres of snow is expected in the region.
Environment Canada says a low pressure system will bring more snowfall to the area beginning late this morning and it could become heavy at times this afternoon.
The snow will begin to ease towards midnight.
Driving conditions are expected to worsen throughout the day. Drivers should make the necessary adjustments when travelling in snow.
