Windsor police are investigating after a shot was fired and one person was stabbed at a College Avenue apartment.
Officers were called to 1950 College Ave around 6:30 a.m. for a disturbance in an apartment.
Police say someone heard a loud argument and a gunshot.
Two men were seen leaving the scene and one of them possibly had a handgun. They were gone by the time police arrived.
Investigation revealed that there was a disturbance in the apartment with fresh blood stains and a spent bullet casing.
One man went to the hospital with non-life threatening stab wounds. Police say he is not cooperating with the investigation.
