Windsor police have seized a replica rifle and a small quantity of methamphetamine after getting a call about a person with a gun on Goyeau Street.

Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Goyeau on Tuesday at about 5:45 p.m.

Police received information that a male was walking with a female and he was possibly seen with a gun. 

Officers arrived and conducted a gun point arrest of the two people and secured them without incident. 

After searching the man, officers seized a replica AK-47 rifle and a small quantity of meth.  Police also learned that the man was allegedly breaching several conditions of his recognizance.  They also had non-association conditions with each other.

Kristopher Mcintyre, 35, is charged with possession of methamphetamine and four counts of breach of recognizance.

 Victoria Heckley, 23, is charged with two counts of breach of recognizance.
