Two people, including the president of Crimestoppers Windsor-Essex County is facing charges after police executed a search warrant for marijuana in Leamington.

OPP say the search warrant was conducted on Wednesday, after an ongoing investigation.

Jon-Paul Fuller, 44, the president of Crimestoppers Windsor-Essex  and Doc Van Phan, 53, of Leamington, have each been charged with the following offences:

-        production of a schedule 2 substance (Cannabis Marijuana)

-        possession of a schedule2 substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Both men will appear in Leamington Court on Nov. 17 to answer to the charges. 

The investigation is continuing.
