Hydro One says power has been restored after a large outage in Essex County was caused by a dump truck hitting a wire while extending its truck bed.
The crash created a transmission issue that left customers in parts of Tilbury, Kingsville, Leamington, Essex and Belle River without power.
At one point, over 23,000 customers were impacted. Hydro One says their power is back on.
Hydro One says the dump truck has been removed from the line.
