Windsor police seized a loaded gun and over 400 rounds of ammunition in a raid on Seminole Street.

Members of the drug and gun enforcement unit executed a search warrant in an apartment unit in the 3500 block of Seminole Street on Tuesday.

Officers say they discovered a .22 calibre rifle (assault rifle replica) loaded with 24 rounds of ammunition. They also discovered an additional 408 rounds of ammunition. The rifle had its serial number obliterated.

Officers also seized 11.4 grams of marijuana and an expandable baton inside the residence.

Police arrested two men inside the apartment without incident.

Randy Rubik, 22, of Windsor is charged with possession of marihuana, possession of a firearm with no licence, improper storage of a firearm and possession of a firearm with altered serial number.

James St.Jean, 19, of Windsor is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm with no licence, improper storage of a firearm and possession of a firearm with altered serial number.
