Chatham-Kent police seized 20 marijuana plants from a farmer’s field.

A local farmer contacted police on Monday to report that he had located 20 plants growing on his property.

Officers attended and the plants were seized for destruction.

The Chatham-Kent Police encourages anyone who finds marijuana growing in a field to call police immediately.
