Windsor police are looking for two suspects after a break-in and robbery in a Sandwich Street apartment.

It happened around 5:30 a.m. Friday morning in the 3300 black of Sandwich Street.

Police say it an 80-year-old woman was sleeping in her apartment when a noise woke her up. Two suspects gained entry to the apartment unit through a bedroom window.

She says she saw a man standing in her apartment. The suspect threatened the victim and asked where her purse was, according to police. The victim got up and ran out of her apartment.

Two male suspects ran out of the apartment unit behind the victim, and ran westbound from the apartment building.

A navy blue Acer laptop and a light brown guitar in a black hard case were stolen.

The victim did not suffer any injuries.

The first suspect was described as a white male, 5'8", skinny, wearing a dark ski mask and a dark coat. The second suspect is described as a white male, about 40 years old, and wearing all dark clothing.
