Windsor police are renewing a call for the public’s help identifying a person who might have information about a murder in a Bruce Avenue apartment.
Carol Shaw, 49, was killed in an apartment at 475 Bruce Avenue on Feb. 23, say police.
Police arrested a 26-year-old man also present in the apartment unit. Richard Scott Raymond is charged with first degree murder and aggravated sexual assault.
Officers are attempting to identify an individual operating an older model, silver, four-door pickup truck seen in the 400 block of Bruce Avenue just prior to the homicide.
