Police release video of truck suspected in south Windsor hit and run

Windsor police are looking for a transport truck driver after an alleged hit and run in south Windsor.

The accident happened just after 8 a.m. on Dec. 14 on Dougall Avenue in the southbound lanes near Concession Road 6.

Police say the truck was travelling in the passing lane, made a lane change into the curb lane, but hit the back quarter of a silver Pontiac Sunfire. The Sunfire spun in front of the truck and was sent it into the median.

The truck driver made no attempt to stop, according to police. The white cab truck was last seen entering Highway 401 eastbound.
