Windsor police are investigating after a house in the Ford City area was hit by an apparent gunshot.
Police were called to the 900 block of Albert Road on Wednesday at approximately 3:15p.m. for a report of shots being fired.
Further investigation revealed that a residence sustained damage to a front upper window consistent with a gunshot.
Police say after the shooting, a black GMC SUV fled the area being chased by a black Cadillac, possibly a STS or CTS.
Witnesses say the vehicles fled north on Albert Road and turned east onto Edna. Both vehicles are described as having dark tint.
Officers conducted a canvass of the neighbourhood in an attempt to get information on what happened.
