A 26-year-old man has died after a crash involving two motorcycles near Sandwich Street and University Avenue West.
Windsor police were called to the crash at 4:20a.m.
Early investigation has revealed that both motorcycles were eastbound on Sandwich Street and were involved in collisions.
The 26-year-old man was riding a black Harley Davidson. He was transported from the scene to hospital where he was pronounced dead, say police.
A 28-year-old man riding a white Honda CBR with a 28-year-old female passenger were also transported to hospital. The man sustained serious, but not life-threatening injuries and the female had minor injuries.
Windsor Police accident reconstruction officers are on scene investigating the accident.
Sandwich Street, Riverside Drive West and University Avenue West was closed from Detroit Street to Huron Church Road. It was reopened around 3:45 p.m.
