Chatham-Kent police have laid charges against a minor in a suspicious factory fire last month.
The fire broke out at the former Hillerich and Bradsby plant in Wallaceburg on March 17.
One boy is charged with mischief.
Police are looking for two other boys who will face similar charges.
Damage is estimated at $70,000.
Hillerich and Bradsby produced hockey sticks and other athletic equipment before it closed in 2008.
It has been vacant for the past five years.
