A female pedestrian was struck by a car on Riverside Drive at Langlois Avenue shortly before 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police say the woman was transported to hospital in serious but stable condition.
The investigation is in its early stages and police closed Riverside from Parent Avenue to Pierre Avenue for about an hour as they looked into the incident.
