Ouellette Avenue reopens after car hits building, causing gas leak

A section of Ouellette Avenue has been reopened after a car hit a building, resulting in a gas leak.
Windsor firefighters were called to the area of the leak at 1405 Ouellette Ave. on Monday morning.
Fire officials say a vehicle hit a building.
People in the area of 1402-1406 Pelissier Street were evacuated, but were able to return a short time later.
Officials say the gas leak was stopped and the vehicle was removed.
