Murder charge after Leamington collision

A 42-year-old Leamington man has been charged with first-degree murder after a crash over two years ago.
Essex County provincial police say the single vehicle collision took place on October 21, 2012 on Talbot Street in Leamington.
Officers say a pickup truck left the roadway and struck a building. Two people inside the vehicle were hurt.
Edward Witt, 55, from Windsor, a passenger in the vehicle, succumbed to injuries on Oct. 27, 2012.
Andrew Cowan, 42, has been arrested and charged with one count of first-degree murder.
