Motorcyclist faces impaired driving charge after EC Row crash

Windsor police say a 41-year-old man is facing an impaired driving charge after his motorcycle collided with a minivan on E.C. Row Expressway on Tuesday.
It happened around 6 p.m. on EC Row westbound near Howard Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers saw a group of people surrounding a man who was driving the motorcycle and had sustained serious injuries.
Paramedics arrived shortly after and transported the man to hospital.
Investigation revealed that the motorcyclist was allegedly driving the motorcycle erratically while passing vehicles and the motorcycle collided into the rear end of the van.
The man is listed in serious but stable condition.
